What an adventure !!!
Im Rahmen des Gobi March Ultramarathons hat Pierre Delaleau für unser Schulgebäude 1000 € Spenden gesammlet (siehe letzter Eintrag). Diese bringen uns einen großen Schritt weiter auf dem Weg zum Baubeginn.
Mit großen Schritten hat auch Pierre den Marathon durchlaufen. Los ging es am 28.07.19 und 6 Tage und 250 km später lief er als 12. ins Ziel. Wir gratulieren herzlich zu diesem super Ergebnis. Und das sagt Pierre über sein Wüstenabenteuer:
One week ago, I crossed the finish line of Gobi March 2019 at the 12th place overall. Superb success! Thank you for your support to make the impossible possible.
It is always difficult to describe the sensations that we feel after this kind of race but the first words that come to my mind are: joy, satisfaction, strong emotions, and of course a big thank you to the organization , the volunteers, the runners and all the people who support us by small gestures or messages which allow us to surpass ourselves and to believe in it. So many thanks !!
We left the steppes, the dunes, the forest, the gers and nomads, the herds of goats, horses and bulls of Mongolia, without forgetting it and leaving our footprints forever.
